Pakistan: 1. What is the current situation with respect to those participating in anti-Musharraf and pro-democracy demonstrations? 2. Is there any information to suggest different treatment of pro-democracy activists by the Pakistani police and the army? 3. Is there retrospective legislation allowing anti-government activities to be dealt with by military tribunals by military personnel and not the civil courts? Is it operating? 4.
