Escorted visit with or without a workshop - conditions
To arrange a visit, you must send your pre-reservation request at least 10 working days before the date chosen for the visit and confirmed by our reservations section.
Only once we have received signed acceptance of our offer will you be guaranteed the services of one of our coaches.
Any total cancellation or partial cancellation (shortened visit) must be notified in writing at least two working days before the planned time of the visit. Failing such notification, the full price will be payable.

Min. 15, max. 18 students/children per group, aged 6 or above
Length: 90 minutes
Available in English, French and German
Fixed rate of CHF 15 per student/child, entry ticket included. At least one adult must accompany the group. One free adult entry per 10 students/children.

Payment will be made on the day of the visit (in CHF, EUR or by debit/credit card). There is a UBS cashpoint in the Museum entrance hall on the ground floor. For payment by cheque, only Reka cheques are accepted (and no change is given)..

Preparatory visits and educational advice
Free admission ticket for teachers preparing a visit. Presence of a TOM coach in The Gym’ to answer pedagogical questions every first Wednesday of the month, from 4.30 to 6 p.m. (free admission ticket, without reservation).

Audioguides
Available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Japanese and Chinese (CHF 5) upon deposit of an identity document. There is a specific version for families and a free version in French for visually impaired visitors and with hearing induction loops for hearing-impaired visitors.

Tablet for educators

Available in English, French and German free of charge (if reserved beforehand and subject to number available) upon deposit of an identity document.

Catering facilities
Museum restaurant open all year. Reservation required for groups.
TOM café

Picnics
You may consume your own food and drinks in the Olympic Park and on the terrace on level +1, but not inside The Museum itself. A snack bar is open in the Park from May to October.

Cloakrooms
Two cloakrooms with lockers can be found on the ground floor by the entrance hall and on the second floor next to the Museum café. Ask at the welcome desk.

Videos/photos
Filming and photography are permitted in all areas open to visitors, provided such images are for private use only. For all other image purposes, please contact the press service on +41 21 621 64 04.

This features items linked to sport and our exhibitions, and can be found in the Museum entrance hall.

People with reduced mobility/wheelchairs
All parts of The Museum are accessible by wheelchair.
You are advised to use the north entrance from the Avenue de l’Elysée, where there are two parking spaces for people with reduced mobility.
