World Environment Day is celebrated in June; established by the United Nations to teach the world population about environmental issues in regards to the search of actions and policies for environmental protection. Nicaragua celebrated this day with the National Earth Fair which many representatives from the public and private sector, universities attended and international cooperation, involving educational and cultural activities.
