Overview
UNHCR Kenya helps refugees, asylum-seekers, children, internally displaced people, the elderly and people with disabilities.
UNHCR’s primary purpose is to safeguard the rights and well-being of refugees. To this end, we strive to ensure that everyone can exercise the right to seek asylum and find safe refuge in another country. UNHCR Kenya primarily helps refugees and asylum seekers, with a focus on children, the elderly and disabled persons, but also returnees, internally displaced persons (IDPs) and stateless persons.
