Objectif(s)	To establish cooperation and trust with the Foreign Press Association (APEX) in Venezuela.
Results/Impact	To establish a quick and effective communication network that makes news coverage by foreign media easier. The association has made it possible to do joint events than enhance the relationships between UNHCR and several circles such as diplomats and foreign correspondents in Venezuela.
Why is this considered a Good practice?	It enables the approach between foreign journalists as well as their assistance to UNHCR events. UNHCR’s messages with international appeal are projected globally.
