8,867 displaced and vulnerable persons benefited from the services of the House of Rights between 2009 and 2010. The project managed to establish a continuous presence of the Municipality of Soacha through the Guidance and Assistance Units for Displaced Population (UAO); the ministries of Social Development, Health and Government, among other offices; the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare, Family Commission, Academy, and national and international NGOs.
