To access the Partner Portal, you must first request registration by completing this on-line registration form where: • Legal Name is the Organization’s name as legally established when the Organization was constituted. • Other Name is a name by which the Organization is known if different from the Legal Name. • Country is the country where the Organization’s headquarters are located. • Email address is to be used by the primary user as your login User ID to access the Portal. • Organization constitutional document is the legal Organization’s founding document (Maximum size 10M). To support and validate the registration, it is mandatory to upload the Organization’s constitutional document. Once the registration request is completed and received by UNHCR, UNHCR will conduct a vetting process. Should your Organization qualify to register on the Partner Portal, you will be granted the Organization primary user role, giving you full rights to create and manage the Organization’s profiles and to create individual accounts. Note: You will not be able to access the Portal until the UNHCR Partner Portal Administrator has activated your account.

b) The registration with the national authorities for licensing the establishment of your organization
c) For NEW Partners, two recommendation letters from other UN Agencies, Donors (ECHO, DFID, USAID etc …) or any reputable organization is needed.
