Please find attached a copy (in Slovak) of an application form for long term/permanent stay in the Slovak Republic, and an English version of the copy, which were sent to the Research Directorate on 3 June 1999 by the Consul of the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Ottawa.
This Response was prepared after researching publicly accessible information currently available to the Research Directorate within time constraints. This Response is not, and does not purport to be, conclusive as to the merit of any particular claim to refugee status or asylum.
