For information on the nationality of a child born either inside or outside Poland to a Polish national and a foreign spouse and on his or her entitlement to Polish nationality if he or she holds another nationality before the age of eighteen and six months, please refer to the Polish Citizenship Act and to paragraphs 45-48 and 88-89 of a commentary on Polish citizenship published in November 1985 in Juris-Classeur Nationalité. Both documents are attached to Response to Information Request POL18815.E of 1 December 1994.
