Comments | This Order, which came into effect from the 1st day of December, 2005, replaces the Civil Legal Aid (Refugee Legal Service) Order, 1999 (S.I. No. 74 of 1999) and the Civil Legal Aid (Refugee Legal Service) (No. 2) Order, 1999 (S.I. No. 262 of 1999), which are hereby revoked. This Order prescribes the Refugee Appeals Tribunal for the purposes of Section 27(2) (b) of the Civil Legal Aid Act, 1995 (No. 32 of 1999) as a body at whose proceedings legal aid may be provided by the Legal Aid Board. |
