Standing Committee Documents
Standing Committee documents are issued three weeks in advance of meetings. Excom and Standing Committee observers are able to access these restricted documents before the coming meeting by accessing the Standing Committee Secure Site. After the meeting, these documents are made publically available under Standing Committee Meetings.
